Victoria started her career 21 years ago as a beauty therapist. Through on-going education and practical application she moved quickly into management and has managed some of the most prestigious spas around the world gaining awards and reviews within the industry and press. She later became a business development consultant for spas and salons where she maintained that updating and the gaining of new skills help growth in an ever-expanding industry.
